Because I can hardly keep up with listing them. There are, for example, the fabulous Almstüberl, the Lärchwaldhütte, or the Bergrast Restaurant – all on Penken. On Ahorn, the options are fewer, but the density is still high. There are places like: The Panorama Restaurant, the Edelhütte, or also the Gasthof Wiesenhof.
What you'll get there, as befits the Zillertal and as per the best valley tradition, ranges from Zillertal home cooking – like the wonderful Zillertal Krapfen – to international and cosmopolitan dishes. The Zillertal just knows how to do it!
